Description

1. During your session, you will be lying on a yoga mat with all props (blocks, bolsters, blanket) provided to ensure comfort and support.  You will be guided through a series of relaxing yin and restorative yoga poses focusing on the body part associated with the chakra we are focusing on.  This will be a series offered at the hive.  Each month we will do a set of restorative poses related to one of the chakras.  As you soften into these yoga poses they will help activate and promote better function and clarity with the chakra we are working on.  You will also enjoy a guided meditation to promote peace and clarity to your mind, body and soul.  A relaxing blend of instruments(gong, crystal bowls, and wind chimes) will be played while you’re in each restorative pose and you’ll receive a sound bath at  the lateral part of your session.  Clients usually leave with their body and mind feeling less tense and more relaxed.
